Lemon Lime Soda With Stevia
This is best when you use the liquid stevia extract, as opposed to brewed stevia tea, so you don't dilute the bubbly effervescence of the soda.
-1/4 cup mixture of fresh lemon & lime juice -10 - 15 drops of liquid stevia extract -pinch of finely ground sea salt - yup, that's right! -3 cups seltzer water or soda water
Mix the juice, stevia extract and salt together in a large jar or pitcher. Add the bubbly water, stir gently and pour into tall glasses over ice.
Makes about 3 servings

Lemonade or Limeade- sweetened with stevia
-1 quart (4 cups) of water -1/2 cup fresh lemon or lime juice -15 drops of liquid stevia extract
-1/4 teaspoon good grey ocea sea salt - optional
"Salt in my lemonade??" I know it may sound strange, but it's a common addition in some parts of the world. It not only adds depth of flavor to the lemonade or limeade without making it taste salty, the sea salt turns it into a natural "gatorade" by providing extra hydrating properties, actually helping your cells absorb the water.
Mix all the ingredients together, and pour into a pitcher full of ice. Add lemon slices, lime slices or mint leaves for a nice touch.
Note: if you don’t want to serve it iced, try reducing the amount of lemon & stevia by about a third, or even half. Everybody has different tastebuds, so you may need to experiment with it a few times before you get it just the way you like it.
For a hot summer day you may as well double or triple the batch! It will keep for a day or two in the fridge.
Makes about 4 servings
